Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how refunds or cancellations are processed for purchases made on greenguru.in. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions.

If you receive a damaged/defective or incorrect item, contact us within [48] hours of delivery with order ID, photos/video, and description. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

We may cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, risk flags, or address problems. If payment was captured, a full refund will be issued.

6. Chargebacks

If you raise a chargeback with your card issuer/bank, resolution will follow their process. We may share order, delivery, and communication records with the payment partner to resolve the dispute.

7. How to Request a Return/Refund

  2. Include order ID, purchase date, reason, and supporting photos/videos (if applicable).
  3. We’ll respond within 2–4 business days with next steps.
